Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and who else sees it.
Last updated August 31, 2026
The short version
We collect what we need to answer you, process an application, and run the site. We do not sell your information. Card numbers never reach our servers.
What we collect
When you use a contact or application form: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you write in the message. Application forms also collect the products you are interested in and your country.
When you upload processing statements for analysis: the statement files themselves and the figures we extract from them, such as volume, transaction counts, fees, and card mix.
When you enter a giveaway: name, email, and optionally phone and company name.
When you browse: standard analytics about pages viewed and how you arrived, through Google Analytics. We also run a first-party marketing tracking script on our own domain.
Forms include a hidden field that real people never see. It exists to catch automated submissions, and we discard anything that fills it in.
What we do not collect
Card numbers, expiry dates, and security codes. Payments are taken on payment pages hosted by SoftPoint, so that data goes directly to the processor and never passes through or is stored on Saberpay infrastructure. This is deliberate, and it is why our checkout pages carry no third-party scripts at all.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to prepare a rate analysis you asked for, to process and underwrite an application, to run a giveaway you entered, and to understand which pages are useful.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.
Who else processes it
SoftPoint LLC and Fiserv, for payment processing and underwriting. Supabase, for our database. GoHighLevel, our customer relationship system, which holds contact and application records. Upstash Redis, for short-lived caching and rate limiting. LlamaIndex, whose parsing service reads uploaded statement PDFs. Anthropic, whose models power the statement analyzer. Google Analytics, for site analytics. Vercel, which hosts the site.
Each of these processes data on our behalf under its own terms. Uploaded statements are sent to the parsing service to be read, and their contents are used to produce your analysis.
How long we keep it
Generated savings reports expire automatically after seven days.
Contact and application records are kept for as long as we have a business relationship or a live enquiry with you, and afterwards only where we need them for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to retain it.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics cookies tell us which pages people use. Our shop uses one strictly necessary cookie to remember your cart between pages.
Checkout pages deliberately load no analytics or third-party scripts, so nothing tracks you while you are paying.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.
Your choices
Email sales@saberpay.io to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop hearing from us. Marketing emails also carry an unsubscribe link.
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
