Your processor has never run your business. We have.
Saberpay came out of the Latino Tax Pro network, working with thousands of Spanish-speaking tax professionals who were quietly overpaying to accept a card.

Why we exist
The fee nobody could explain
Ask most owners what they pay to process a card and you get a number they half remember from a sales call. Ask what it is made of and the conversation stops. That is not because owners are not paying attention. It is because the statement is built so the answer is hard to find.
Every processor pays the card networks the same wholesale interchange. It is a floor none of us set. The only real variable is the markup on top, so that is the number we publish: 0.80% + $0.20, the same whether you run $5,000 a month or $500,000.
What we are building
A processor you can actually reach
Transparent pricing stops meaning much at 4pm on April 12th when the card reader is down and you are on hold. So the other half of this is support: a real person, in English or Spanish, who knows what a refund transfer is and why your season is ten weeks long.

How we operate
Four rules we do not bend
Show the whole number
Interchange and our markup appear as separate lines because they are separate things. A single blended rate is a decision to keep you from checking.
One markup, at any size
The same 0.80% + $0.20 at $5k a month and at $500k. No teaser tier you age out of, and no quiet annual increase.
Answer in your language
Bilingual support, 24/7/365, from people trained on how these businesses actually run. Not a phone tree with a Spanish option.
Say no when it is no
If your current rate is already lean, we tell you. Our own calculator reports a loss when there is one. That is the whole pitch.
Who is behind Saberpay
Where we came from, and what we run on
Built by the Latino Tax Pro team
More than a decade training and supporting Spanish-speaking tax professionals. We built this for a problem we watched our own network run into every season.
Processing through SoftPoint LLC
Saberpay is a sub-account program powered by SoftPoint LLC, running on Fiserv rails. Established infrastructure, not an experiment with your deposits.
Part of Saber Tech Group
Payments sit alongside the software and services the group already builds, which is why the point of sale and the processing come from the same place.
