Before you write

The things people usually ask first

  1. What should I send you?

    A recent processing statement is the fastest route. One month tells us a lot, three tells us almost everything. If you do not have one handy, your monthly card volume and average ticket are enough for a first estimate.

  2. Will this turn into a sales call?

    Only if you want it to. Plenty of people run their numbers, find they are already on a decent rate, and we say so. That is a fine outcome.

  3. I want to switch mid-season. Is that a problem?

    No. Underwriting takes one to three business days and you keep running on your current processor until the day you go live, so there is no gap where you cannot take a card.

  4. Do you support businesses outside the US?

    We cover all fifty US states today. Mexico and Puerto Rico run through a separate acquirer, so mention it and we will tell you where things stand.
